Hi, I’m Kyrsten! I am a pre-licensed therapist working under the supervision of Amber Lynn Connell (PC006684) to provide telehealth therapy for Pennsylvania residents (14+). I primarily work with teens navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and the pressures of growing up—but I also support parents looking to strengthen their connection with their kids.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be your authentic self. I love incorporating your interests into our sessions, whatever helps you feel seen.

Outside of session, I’m usually reading thrillers, watching scary movies, playing with my pets, or spending time with family.

What does it mean to be a pre-licensed therapist?

As a pre-licensed therapist, I am a mental health professional that has completed my graduate degree, but I am working to achieve the clinical hours, experience, and complete the counseling exam. I still am working with a supervisor to ensure that I am providing the best care for clients!
